
Donut Peach and Burrata Salad

Makes 1 large salad
2 donut peaches, cut into wedges
1 slice of prosciutto, cooked until crisp
1 ball of burrata
1/4 cup basil leaves
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Flakey sea salt
Place the burrata in the center of a bowl and surround it with the peaches. Sprinkle with the balsamic vinegar and flakey sea salt. Crumble the prosciutto on top and finish with the basil leaves. Enjoy!
